What to include

• your device model and iOS or iPadOS version;
• your Laowai app version;
• a short description and the steps that reproduce the problem;
• for sync issues, whether iCloud or account sign-in is enabled.

Privacy

Support messages are stored in Firebase only to handle your request. See the separate Laowai Privacy Policy.
